Return Eligibility

Customers may return items within 7 days after delivery if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong size sent
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product differs from description

Items that cannot be returned

  • Used clothing
  • Washed clothing
  • Undergarments
  • Socks once opened
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance items marked "Final Sale"
  • Products without tags
  • Products without original packaging

Exchange Policy

You may request a different size, different colour, or the same product as a replacement. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If we can't fulfil the exchange, we'll offer store credit or a refund.

Refund Policy

  • • Refunds are approved only after inspection.
  • • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • • Estimated processing: 5–10 business days.
  • • Shipping charges are refundable only when Samira shipped the wrong or defective item.
